Starbuck Concrete provides SMS messaging services related to appointment reminders, service confirmations, updates, and customer support interactions. Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our services.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction, to opt in to and use Starbuck Concrete’s SMS messaging service. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided.

Opt-In & Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS communications from Starbuck Concrete. Consent is not required to purchase services.

Carriers' Liability

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message & Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages as needed based on your interaction with our services, including appointment reminders, service confirmations, updates, and customer support communications. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Prohibited Content & Compliance

Starbuck Concrete adheres to all regulations concerning SMS/MMS messaging. Our messaging services will not include prohibited content such as: Deceptive advertising, High-risk financial services, Debt collection or forgiveness"Get rich quick" schemes

Gambling, Content related to SHAFT (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco)Cannabis, CBD, vape, or similar prohibited categories

Cancellation / Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to +1 509-210-6266. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Charges & Fees

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent and received. Starbuck Concrete is not liable for any charges incurred.
